Credit Hire
We will provide you with a courtesy car / replacement vehicle also known as credit hire. We will recover the cost from the third party's insurer. We have a large fleet of cars of all varieties, including the latest models from all of the major brands and manufacturers. Our fleet not only contains an extensive range of standard cars but also motorcycles and commercial vehicles, such as taxis and high-value prestige cars.
We understand that our clients are individuals, facing different situations and circumstances, and so our aim is to provide the right vehicle for each of them including accommodating special requests, such as for dual-control cars, commercial vehicles, or automatic vehicles.

Your hire vehicle will be delivered to you promptly and at a time that is convenient to you, even in many cases supplying you with a replacement vehicle the same day. One of our team members will guide you through the full process, and our representative will show you around the vehicle and ensure that you are happy with it, complete the paperwork with you, and take care of any questions or concerns that you may have along the way and then you’re ready to go.
The replacement vehicle will remain with you at least until your vehicle has been fully repaired or until you have been compensated for the damage to your vehicle. If your vehicle is a total loss (write-off), we will recover the full value of your vehicle from the at-fault insurer.

Through using our own recovery and storage facilities, you can be rest assured that the claim process will be swift and efficient as we immediately complete and insurance approved estimate on your vehicle and instruct and engineer to assess the damage. This allows for repairs or total loss payment to go ahead as soon as authorisation is given by the insurance company.

We can offer you a complete repair solution if your vehicle has been damaged as a result of a non-fault accident. We work alongside approved repairers meaning repairs are at manufacturer standards. Once your vehicle has been repaired, it will go through a quality control procedures.
We offer a credit repair service whereby once liability has been established, we will fund the repairs to your vehicle.
If the vehicle is a total loss, we'll recover the pre-accident value of your vehicle from the fault party’s insurers.
Uninsured Loss Recovery (ULR)
Uninsured loss recovery comprises of the things that your insurance policy would not cover. For instance, your excess, loss of earnings, and travel expanses etc.
If your insurance policy is fully comprehensive, the insurance company has a duty to cover the cost of any vehicle repairs or pay you for a total loss. You may not be covered for hire charges, policy excess or loss of earnings. Our services ware available to take you through the process of recovering these loses.
